BasketBull announces new site in 2010

As part of it's regional event championship series, BasketBull has announced plans to host a tournament in sunny San Diego, California. The tournament is scheduled to take place at Miramar College on the weekend of May 22-23, 2010. BasketBull hopes to attract many of the premier clubs on the west coast to the event.

"Our hope is that we put together a well-run event in year one, with good competition and facilities. Miramar College just built a brand new 4-court facility last year called Hourglass gymnasium and we're thrilled about running the tournament there. We hope to attract some top-level teams in Southern California, Arizona, Vegas and other parts of the west coast," said BasketBull director Colin Tabb.

Teams participating in the San Diego qualifier, Chicago qualifier and New England qualifier have the chance to earn an invite to participate in BasketBull's National Invitational event held July 11-12 weekend at the Mass Mutual Center in Springfield, Massachusetts, a block from the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame.
