Individual Instruction and Downloadable Training Manuels
Invdividual Training
- $45/session: Minimum of 4 sessions.
- $200/5 sessions ($25 savings)
- $400/10 sessions ($50 savings)
Individual sessions include college-level guard/post workouts: shot adjustment, decision making, reading screens/advantages, rip-through attacking, ball-handling, post/perimeter moves, and other areas that need improvement.
Group Workouts 3-5 players:
- $25/per player/session: Minimum of 4 sessions
- $100/per play/5 sessions ($25 savings)
- $200/per player/10 sessions ($50 savings)
Multiple player sessions include both individual work and combination play: Guard to guard play, guard-post play, post-post play, using screens, decision making with the ball, finding the advantages, and setting up your defender.
