Elite Training
BasketBull Elite Training appeals to kids and players at all levels. Are you already a part of a college program and want to continue improving and taking your game to the next level? Are you a HS player looking to play in college? Maybe you're hoping to get playing time on the Varsity? Or are you a middle school player looking to improve and learn the game?
Whatever your situation, we can offer a training program that will bring you closer to your goals. Our group consists of players have played professionally, played in college and coached at the Division I levels.
Individual and Group Training is available through BasketBull. We have rates per hour session, per multiple sessions, as a group of 2 or more and as a team.

12-22-2011 - Distance running is crucial to overall conditioning, muscle development and endurance. But, it should not be done on a frequent basis when training for basketball. And, can also be extremely boring to those that are used to the fast-paced game of hoops.
That being said, today's workout of the day is:
For Time: As fast as you can do (record your time for future workout)
Distance run - between 3.5 and 4.5 miles
At completion of each mile, do 50 pushups
