Elite Training

BasketBull Elite Training appeals to kids and players at all levels.  Are you already a part of a college program and want to continue improving and taking your game to the next level?  Are you a HS player looking to play in college?  Maybe you're hoping to get playing time on the Varsity?  Or are you a middle school player looking to improve and learn the game? 

Whatever your situation, we can offer a training program that will bring you closer to your goals.  Our group consists of players have played professionally, played in college and coached at the Division I levels. 

Individual and Group Training is available through BasketBull.  We have rates per hour session, per multiple sessions, as a group of 2 or more and as a team.

Our blog consists of valuable information from certified trainers and players that have competed at the highest level, and still do today.  All information is free and we will attempt to update our blog daily or multiple times per week in hopes that our information will assist in your training programs. 

12-22-2011 - Distance running is crucial to overall conditioning, muscle development and endurance.  But, it should not be done on a frequent basis when training for basketball.  And, can also be extremely boring to those that are used to the fast-paced game of hoops. 

That being said, today's workout of the day is:

For Time: As fast as you can do (record your time for future workout)
Distance run - between 3.5 and 4.5 miles
At completion of each mile, do 50 pushups
